Gain self confidence

Self Confidence can make or break you. Its that simple.All guys know that girls like self confident guys because it shows they are secure. A lack of confidence signifys that your insecure. In reality this is mostly true, maybe you should ask youself why are you not confident?

A simple fact on how to gain self confidence is to be yourself always. I think this is one of the most important aspects of self confidence. Theres a few reasons why being yourself is important, first off most people with half a brain can or will see through your little act if your not being yourself. Why even burden yourself with this, just be yourself. I want you to stop and think for a minute....why are you reading this site? You must reconize you have a possible self esteem problem, its fine to feel this way from time to time though. Now ask yourself where does this root from? In order to understand how to raise your self confidence one must reconize why they are not confident. Think of a situation in which your 100% self confident. Now why are you self confident in this area? Lets say your a amazing boxer, your very confident in the ring but outside the ring in social situations you feel very insecure. Alot of people in social situations have a lack of self confidence because they are afraid of what others are going to think about every action they make, society has conditioned us to act and look a certain way. You need to break through this barrier and allow yourself total freedom. Total freedom allows oneself to build total self confidence.

A trick I use myself to boost my self confidence is to imagine im either famous or a multi millionaire. This method allows you to view the world from a different viewpoint, do you think Brad Pitt would care what another beautiful girl thinks about him? I think Brad Pitt could care less what another one of his million of fans thinks about him, he has bigger things to worry about. That method alone will help most people alot.
